Even though our budget was tiny, Jimi worked with us for years on researching houses. She was always quick to respond to my my random check-ins about new listings, offering great insight into why a house might look affordable but really be a money pit. When we finally found our needle in the haystack, she put in hard work getting our offer perfect for both us and the seller.
